Main Inspection Processes
Ampoule Label Inspection
The absence of labels on ampoules within the blister creates a quality problem.
A presence/absence check of the labels is performed. The operations carried out are recorded in compliance with CFR 21 Part 11 standards.
Ampoule Color Inspection
In pharmaceutical ampoules, colored rings may appear faded or missing, creating a quality problem in production.
Type inspection is performed according to rings of different colors, as well as presence/absence and completeness checks of the colored rings. Separate recipes can be assigned for each type.
Blister Tablet Missing/Breakage Inspection
The presence of missing or broken tablets in a blister and their packaging in this way creates a quality problem.
The condition of missing or broken tablets in the blister is inspected. With proper illumination, defect outputs can be obtained within the desired tolerance. Recipe definitions can be easily assigned for different types.
OCR and Batch/Expiry Date Verification on Labels
Errors in the batch number and expiry date printed on labels create a quality problem.
Reading and comparison (OCR-OCV) of the printed batch number and expiry date are performed.
Data is recorded for the tracking and reporting of defective products produced.

BFS lerde kapak kontrolü, sıvı seviye ve leke kontrolü yapılmaktadır.
Flakon adeti ve sıvı renginin değişken olduğu durumlar için farklı reçeteler tanımlanmaktadır.
Foreign Substance and Particle Inspection
The presence of particles and foreign substances in the medicine may cause quality problems and customer complaints.
Foreign substance inspection can be performed inside glass ampoules or vials. A comparison is made with the specified reference product.

In addition to the applications detailed above, various inspection processes such as liquid level and cap control on syrup bottles, detection of surface defects on snail-type inhalers, pipette placement, and coating quality on vials are carried out with high precision.
